Eligible to take the Road Test?
- Are you 16 or 17 years old?
- Have you had a Level 1 Learner’s Permit at least 9 months?
- Have you logged a minimum of 60 hours of driving practice?
- Have you reached the eligibility date on your permit?
- Are you a resident of North Carolina?

Bring the following:
- Your NC Learners Permit. No copies or pictures accepted.
- A parent or legal guardian
- The signed contract. This will be emailed once you have registered
- Your 60 hour driving log
- If you wear corrective lenses, you must wear them for your test.
Fees and Payments:
- $100 Exceptional Driver students, $200 with Test Prep Lesson
- $125 Non-students, $250 with Test Prep Lesson
- $50 Test Retake, must wait 48 hours from previous test
- $150 Test Prep Lesson Only
- $50 No-show or cancellation fee
